La CO.RA ROTARY VALVE soluciona el problema de la intercepción y control del flujo de producto en una planta química y farmacéutica.En particular, permite la alimentación a máquina con gránulos y polvos dosificando el producto por igual. Su implementación se derivó de una cuidadosa observación por parte de CO.RA., de los requisitos del operador durante los procesos farmacéuticos más delicados en una habitación estéril, especialmente la fase de limpieza. La ergonomía de las partes que lo componen hacen que sea más fácil para el operador durante el desmontaje y montaje de la válvula.La válvula se puede utilizar en las industrias farmacéutica, química, alimentaria y cosmética como válvula de carga o descarga en la máquina o válvula de fondo para contenedores de polvo.

Gracias a su diseño estelar y sus movimientos, (alternando 180 ° en una dirección y 180 ° en la otra) el rotor recoge el producto y lo transfiere a la máquina subyacente mientras detiene simultáneamente la descarga del producto desde la tolva aguas arriba evitando así la mezcla del producto gracias a la rotación alterna.

Thanks to is stellar design and its movemen, (alternating 180° in one direction and 180° in the other) the rotor gathers the product and transfers it to the underlying machine whyle simultaneously stopping the discharge of product from the upstream hopper thus avoiding the de-mixing of the product thanks to the alternate rotation.

Speed and stop motion can be adjusted as needed through a control panel interfaced to the valve.The range of halfbodies available and interchangeable, allows the user to make the application more suitable according to its disassembly needs.

PANEL DE CONTROL

La ROTARY VALVE se puede suministrar con neumáticos o panel de control electroneumático. La caja del panel de control puede ser suministrada en material plástico o AISI 304.

Los tipos de panel de control que se pueden suministrar son los siguientes:

VP PANELPanel de control completamente neumático, con posibilidad de ajustar la velocidad del ciclo (*) mediante el regulador de flujo instalado internamente.

PANEL VSPPanel de control completamente neumático, con posibilidad de ajustar el tiempo de pausa (**) mediante los dos temporizadores (uno para la rotación en sentido horario y una para el sentido antihorario) y para ajustar la velocidad del ciclo (*), mediante el regulador de flujo instalado internamente.

PANEL VSEPPanel de control electroneumático, con posibilidad de ajuste del tiempo de pausa (**) por medio de los dos temporizadores (uno para la rotación en sentido horario y una para la rotación en sentido antihorario) y para ajustar la velocidad del ciclo (*), por medio del regulador de flujo instalado internamente. El inicio y la parada del ciclo tiene lugar a través de una señal eléctrica externa. El temporizador, que permite que la regulación de la válvula esté instalada en el panel de control de la puerta, permitiendo así la regulación por parte del operador.

The ROTARY VALVE can be supplied with pneumatic or electro-pneumatic control panel.The control panel case can be supplied in plastic material or AISI 304.

The types of control panel that can be supplied are thefollowing:

VP PANELCompletely pneumatic control panel, with the possibility to adjust the cycle speed (*), by means of the flow regulator installed internally.

VSP PANELCompletely pneumatic control panel, with the possibility to adjust the pause time (**) by means of the two timers (one for the clockwise rotation and one for the counter clockwise rotation) and to adjust the cycle speed (*), by means of the flow regulator installed internally.

The start and the stop of the cycle thake place through an external electrical signal. La ROTARY VALVE TABLET, es una versión especial deROTARY VALVE. Este tipo de válvula ha sido diseñada para resolver el problema de intercepción, control de flujo o dosificación de:En particular, permite la alimentación continua de máquinas como equipos de revestimiento para comprimidos, blisteadoras, sistemas de llenado intermedio, etc.Las características principales de la ROTARY VALVE TABLET son el rotor de silicona, que no daña el producto durante el proceso. Hay 3 versiones de rotor, las dos primeras caracterizadas por la dureza de la silicona y la tercera caracterizada por un revestimiento “Revestimiento B” que confiere una superficie más lisa y resbaladiza que los otros 2 tipos. Los rotores se fabrican en una sala limpia de acuerdo con con las regulaciones existentes de la FDA y GMP.Los tipos de semi-cuerpos son equivalentes a los de otras válvulas, así como el peso y la documentación disponible.

La ROTARY VALVE TABLET cumple con los requisitos de la directiva de maquinaria tiene la marca CE y también se puede suministrar para uso en entornos clasificados Atex.Las cadenas de marcado de las válvulas pueden ser las siguientes:

Para ser marcada/usada como ATEX 1 GD/2GD la ROTARY VALVE TABLET debe tener la mariposa hecha con silicona conductiva (Conformidad F.D.A). Para el marcaje ATEX 1D/2GD contacte con nuestro departamento de ventas para ver los elastómeros disponibles (Todos aprobados según F.D.A)

APLICACIONES

The ROTARY VALVE TABLET, is a special version of the ROTARY VALVE. This type of valve has been designed to solve the problem of interception, flow control or dosing of: tablets, capsules, silicone plugs, etc..In particular it allows the continuous feeding of machines suchas tablet coating machines, blister machines, intermediate filling systems, etc..The main features of the ROTARY VALVE TABLET is the silicone rotor, which does not damage the product during discharge. There are three versions of rotor, the first two versions are characterized by a coating (“Coated B”) which provides a smoother and more slippery surface than the first two versions.The rotors are manufactured in a clean room in accordance with the existing FDA and GMP regulations. The halfbodies as well as the weight and documentationsupplied are the same ad for the other valves.

ATEX CERTIFICATION

The ROTARY TABLET VALVE complies with Machinery Directive, is CE marked and also can be supplied for Atex zones. The valve markings can be as follows:

The ROTARY VALVE TABLET to be marked / used in Atex environment 1GD/2GD must have the butterfly made of black conductive silicone (F.D.A. approved). For the ATEX marking 1D/2GD contact our sales department to know the available elastomers (all F.D.A. approved)

The ROTARY VALVE TABLET is designed and manufactured respecting customer requirements, and to better guarantee this service it is possible to make test at our premises with one of our ROTARY VALVE TABLET in our Technology Center.
