    Forms of cooperation

Type1.Educational Center assumes the cost of accommodation. Customers who perform that type:

American programs [Warrington College of B.A. University of Florida; Accent Intl.; CAPA International Education, CEA Global Education

    Solutions; etc. ].

The agreement between the two entities focuses on an exclusively collaboration on where the educational institution outsources thehousing service and pays to MadridEasy the assigned accommodation subsidy. Based on that subsidy MadridEasy builds its list of proposed

    accomodtions.

Cost of service: Assigned accommodation subsidy (approx. 450 /month) x Months of stay + 100 (MadridEasy Fee)

Type 2. The student assumes the cost of accommodation. Customers who perform that type: Americanprograms [Universidad de Saint Louis University, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, etc.]

The agreement between both entities focuses on a partnership by which all students in the facility have a personalized service through

MadridEasy, who show all housing options and who made all the management of Housing. The student will go directly to MadridEasy

all costs. The signing of the partnership allows the student to save 50% of management costs (100 versus 200 originals).

Cost of service: 0 for the educational center.
