les (autopistas, carreteras, ferrocarriles, obras hidráulicas y

marítimas, urbanizaciones) y de edificación. Tiene entre sus

clientes a las principales Administraciones públicas, además

de importantes clientes privados.

Ha participado y participa en la construcción de las grandes

infraestructuras del país. Cuenta asimismo con una importan-

te división de edificación especializada en edificios singulares

y rehabilitación de edificios históricos. Por otro lado ha

ampliado su actividad a la promoción inmobiliaria y a la ges-

tión de concesiones de servicios. Tiene además presencia en

Colombia y otros países iberoamericanos, así como en los paí-

ses del Este de Europa.

Constructora Hispánica se ha caracterizado por mantener una

Constructora Hispánica S.A., founded in 1955, is dedicated tothe construction and management of all kinds of civil projects(freeways/motorways, roads, railways, hydraulic projects,maritime work and urbanizations) and building construction.Among its clients, it has the principal public administrations inadditon to important private clients.

It has participated and participates in the construction of thecountry´s largest infrastructures. Likewise, it also counts on animportant division of building construction, which is speciali-zed in single structures and the rehabilitation of historic buil-dings. On the other hand, it has expanded its activity to thepromotion of real estate and the management of service indus-tries. It has further presence in Colombia and other LatinAmerican countries, just as it does in Eastern Europe.
