Alto Rendimiento
individual general.
mejores a nivel mundial.
no continuar bajo las órdenes de Medina (quien desde la semana pasada se retiró del país);

High Performance
When we talk about performance we refer to the proportion that arises when we want to
obtain something and the means used to obtain a result, also linked with the efficiency;
being the ability to achieve a result using the least amount of resources possible and the
effectiveness directly focused on the ability to obtain the effect you're looking for. It is as

Conclusions
1) The Guatemalans are good athletes and have what it takes to make them champions,
only that they have a series of habits that must be changed in order to be able to run
and make them what always had to be.
2) The coaches that they are responsible to our athletes in their great majority of them
are foreigners we should by means of the institutions in charge of the sports
promote the participation of coaches Guatemalans.
3) Should be provided forums, roundtables, national and international trainings so that
our coaches also have the rub and the international accreditation necessary to
improve the training systems in Guatemala.
Recommendations
1) Our sport has no significant progress because our
leaders are not concerned because the coaches Guatemalans, will be overcome
because it must be the people who know the average person take to the athletes for
which should be invested more in the professionalization of the Guatemalan
trainers.
2) Have materials of quality and in quantities appropriate
for the practice of any sport in Guatemala and the proper training to use them.
3) Should make working teams where integrate technical
bodies of international persons as national to the international contribution all the
knowledge of training systems and the national on how is the means and probably
the results improve.
