What is our “Container” Like?• Our Life is shaped by our container and what

we allow to be in it. It can limit us, or we can allow it to be shattered and expanded.

• First we must be conscious of our constraints and how we can change them.

• Ask yourself these powerful questions to get you in the right thinking for positive change.

• What would I like to be more comfortable with?
