- Tratamiento exfoliante: - Peróxido Benzoílo gel 5% (oxyderma ®)1-2 v/día Tópico
- Tretinoina crema (Retirides ®) 1 v/día Tópico
- Antibiótico:- Eritromicina Sol 2% o Toall unidosis 2v/día Tópico.
- Clindamicina Sol 1% (Dalacin tópico ®) 2v/día
- Si no hay mejoría: Tto vía oral- Doxiciclina 100mg/24h 12 ss
- Minociclina 100mg/12h 12 ss
- Si prurito: anti-histamínicos VO

CARACTERISTICAS:-Lesiones aftosas, pequeñas y superficiales.-Halo eritematoso periférico.-En labios, lengua y paladar blando.
Raro en paladar duro. -No peudomembrana, típica de mucositis por QT o RT.

Tratamiento:- Clobetasol gel 0,05% top 2 v/día o
- Dexametasona 0.1 mg/mL sol 2veces/día.
Mejoria en 3-7 días 1,2
- Si sobreinfección fúngica:
Nistatina enjuagues, Fluconazol o clotrimazol.
- G4: Si no hay mejoría, discontinuar tratamiento
