• Availability - Recursos disponibles en servicio a nivel de TRX’s ,BTS’s.
• Accessability - El performance de la celda expresado enasignacion de recursos (TCH’s y SDCCH’s)
• Dropped Call Rate - El rate de Drop de la Celda• Quality - La calidad de la red medido en la interfaz de aire
(Downlink and Uplink).• Handover Failure Rate - la eficiencia de traspaso de llamadas en
