structureoftheproteinthatCagAcodesforwasmodeledusingExpasytoolsavailableonline. 犚犲狊狌犾狋狊 CagAprotein
contains1172aminoacids.ItsmolecularformulaisC5742H9151N1615O1845S13,anditconsistsofAla(7.3%),Arg(9.9%),
andVal(2.8%).Theproteinhas162negativelychargedresidues(Asp+Glu)and167positivelychargedresidues(Arg
+Lys).Itsmolecularweightwas130747.31,itsisoelectricpointwas8.42,anditsinstabilityindexwas18.53.The
proteinisastableprotein,itsaveragehydrophilicityindexwas-0.752,andthepredictedproteinisahydrophobicpro
tein.Thesecondarystructureconsistedof602αhelixes(Hh),accountingfor51.37%ofthestructure,99βturns(Tt),
accountingfor8.45%,147extendedstrands(Ee),accountingfor12.54%and324randomcoils(Cc),accountingfor
