*NON-INFECTIOUS DISEASES -Caused by the environment, unhealthy lifestyle, genetics, vitamin deficiency or organ malfunction. *Allergy reaction when people come into contact with dust, pollen (hay fever),
animal hair, antibiotics or certain foods. L
can cause asthma (difficulty breathing).
*Cancer body´s cells develop in a different way damaging the normal cells. *Heart diseases eating fast food and little exercise. *Mental diseases affect the nervous system (depression, alzheimer´s disease) *Diabetes a lot of sugar within the bloodstream. Insuline should be taken to keep
this under control.

TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY
-Eat different food five times a day. *EATH HEALTHY -Avoid sugary food and drinks
-Drink plenty of water. *DO EXERCISE make our muscles stronger. -body repairs. *SLEEP ENOUGH -helps the brain develop (speech and memory).
-at least 10 hours.
-wash our body. *KEEP CLEAN -wash our hands (before eating and after going to the toilet). -brush our teeth after every meal. *PREVENTION -have regular check-ups. -Receive vaccinations. *VIDEO GAMES -play for short periods. -better to do exercise with friends. *SAY NO -alcohol and drugs affect your brain. -smoking stop you from growing taller.
