1.1 PREMESSAQuesto opuscolo descrive le norme d'uso,di manutenzione e le parti che vengonofornite di ricambio per la zappatrice.Questa attrezzatura agricola, denomina-ta «zappatrice», può operare solo tramiteun albero cardanico applicato alla presadi forza di un trattore agricolo munito digruppo sollevatore, con attacco univer-sale ai tre punti.Grazie alla sua concezione e specificitàquesta macchina, oltre che a lavorare ilterreno in aree aperte, si rende partico-larmente adatta per la preparazione delterreno nei frutteti, vigneti, ecc.Dal corretto uso e dall'adeguata manu-tenzione dipende il regolare funziona-mento dell'attrezzatura. 1.1 FOREWORDThis handbook contains the use andmaintenance instructions plus a list of theparts supplied as spares for the rotarycultivator.This agricultural implement can only op-erate by means of a cardan shaft appliedto the pto of an agricultural tractorequipped with lift and universal three-point hitch.Besides working the soil in open areas,the particular and specific design of thisimplement makes it ideal for work be-tween the rows of orchards and vine-yards, etc. Regular and satisfactory op-eration together with economic and long-lasting use of the implement depend oncompliance with the instructions given inthis handbook. It is therefore advisable tostrictly comply with the following instruc-tions in order to prevent faults whichcould jeopardize the correct and long-lasting operation of the implement.Compliance with the instructions in thishandbook is also important since theManufacturer declines all and everyresponsibility for damage to personsor property caused by negligence andfailure to comply with these instruc-tions.The Manufacturer shall, however, remainat the customers’ disposal for immediateand thorough assistance together withanything else that may be required inorder to ensure the correct operation andmaximum efficiency of the implement.

1.1 CONSIDERACIONESEste manual describe las normas deempleo, de mantenimiento y las piezassuministradas como repuestos para lacultivadora rotativa.El instrumento agrícola denominado“binadora” puede operar sólo medianteun árbol cardánico aplicado a la toma defuerza de un tractor agrícola que poseagrupo elevador, con conexión universalde tres puntos. Gracias a su especialdiseño y características específicas estamáquina, además de trabajar el terrenoen áreas abiertas, es muy idónea parala preparación del terreno entre las hile-ras de las plantaciones frutales, viñas,etc. El funcionamiento regular de la má-quina está supeditado a un uso correctoy una adecuada manutención de la mis-ma. Es aconsejable, por lo tanto, obser-var escrupulosamente las indicacionesexpuestas en este manual, para prevenirasí todo tipo de inconveniente que puedaperjudicar el buen funcionamiento y ladurabilidad.Es importante por otra parte respetar lasindicaciones del manual ya que el fabri-cante declina todo tipo de responsabi-lidad por problemas debidos a negli-gencias y a la no observación de di-chas normas. Eventuali reclamidovranno essere presentati per iscrit-to entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento pres-so il concessionario.L'acquirente potrà far valere i suoi dirittisulla garanzia solo quando egli abbiarispettato le condizioni concernenti la pre-stazione della garanzia, riportate nel con-tratto di fornitura.

1.6 SCADENZA DELLAGARANZIAOltre a quanto riportato nel contrattodi fornitura, la garanzia decade:- Qualora si dovesse verificare un errore

di manovra, l'impiego di una inadegua-ta vite di sicurezza (sul limitatore dell'al-bero cardanico), oppure a causa di in-sufficiente manutenzione dell'innesto afrizione dell'albero cardanico.

- Qualora si dovesse oltrepassare il limi-te di potenza consentito riportato nellatabella dei dati tecnici a pag. 2.

3.0 NORME D'USO

In particolare, rispettare i valoridella coppie di serraggio delle viti a corre-do, come indicato in tabella a pag. 24.

3.0 NORMAS DE USO

Notamment respecter lesvaleurs des couples de serrage des visen dotation, comme indiqué dans letableau à la page 24.

3.0 BETRIEBSANLEITUNG

3.0 USEINSTRUCTIONS

3.1 MACHINES SUPPLIEDPARTLY BROKEN-DOWNWhen large volumes are involved,machines can be supplied with partsdetached or removed (but always in thesame packing units).Normally the 3-point frame is shippedseparate and will later be fixed to themachine at the customer’s premises.Execute these installation operations withthe utmost care.Refer to the list of parts inthe Spare Parts Catalogue. In particular,apply the screw tightening torques aslisted in the Chart on page 24.

3.2 ANTES DEL USOAntes de poner en función la máquina,efectuar las siguientes operaciones:- Controlar que la máquina esté

3.3 HITCHING TO THETRACTORThe rotary cultivator is coupled to thetractor with the cultivator on the ground.The ground area should be flat.All the rotary cultivators can be attachedto any tractor with a class 1 universal 3-point hitch.

DANGERApplication of any implement to atractor is a very dangerous operationand must only be carried out with theutmost care in compliance with theinstructions.The correct tractor/steerage hoe positionis established by setting the implement atsuch a distance from the tractor that theuniversal coupling remains 5-10 cm fromits maximum closing position. Nowproceed in the following way:1- Near the lift bars, setting them in the

most suitable plates (1 Fig. 5). Insertthe pin (2 Fig. 5) into the relative holeand lock in place with the snap-in splitpins.

2- Lock the lift links using the relativechains and couplings parallel to thetractor. This operation must be carriedout to prevent the machine from

2- Bloquez les barres du relevage avecles chaînes et les tendeurs parallèlessur le tracteur. Cette opération a pourbut d’éviter tout débattement de lamachine dans le sens horizontal.

Ciò è molto importante alloscopo di ottenere il parallelismo tral'asse della zappatrice e quello dellapresa di forza del trattore. Operare inqueste condizioni significa limitare lesollecitazioni sulla presa di forza stes-sa e prolungare la durata dell'alberocardanico e della zappatrice stessa.

5 - Posizionare il piedino d'appoggio comein figura 7.

6 - Il martinetto a molla (1 Fig. 8) oltre asostenere la lamiera livellatrice ed am-mortizzarla nel trasporto su strada,serve a evitare il ribaltamento dellazappatrice durante il parcheggio.A seconda della posizione, determina-ta dalla copiglia (2 Fig. 8) sui vari foriposti nel tubo del martinetto (3 Fig. 8) siriesce ad aumentare o diminuire l'effet-to della lamiera livellante sul terreno.Versione con asta e catenellaantiribaltamento: In fase di lavorobisogna togliere l'asta (1 Fig. 8a).L'asta và montata solo dopo aver ap-poggiato la fresa al suolo in fase distazionamento.

This is very important since itachieves parallelism between the axisof the steerage hoe and that of thetractor pto.When the implement operates in theseconditions, there will be less stress onthe pto itself while the cardan shaftand implement will be much lesssubject to wear.

5 - Position the support foot as shown inthe figure 7.

6 - Besides supporting the levelling plateand acting as a shock absorber for itduring road transport, the spring ram(1 Fig. 8) prevents the steerage hoefrom overturning when parking. Theeffect of the levelling plate on the soilcan be increased or decreased de-pending on the position, establishedby the split pin (2 Fig. 8) in the variousholes in the ram tube (3 Fig. 8).version with rod and chains over-turning : When the machine is operat-ing rod (1 Fig. 8a) should be removed.The rod should only be installed whenthe cultivator has been lowered to theground as the machine is parked.

3.3.1 CARDAN SHAFTCardan shaft adaptionThe Cardan shaft, supplied with the ma-chine, is of standard length.Therefore it might be necessary to adaptthe Cardan shaft. In that case, beforedoing anything, consult the Manufacturerfor the eventual adaptation.

Dasist sehr wichtig, um die Parallelität zwischender Achse der Hackfräse und der derSchlepper-Zapfwelle zu erhalten. Wenndiese Parallelität gegeben ist, wird dieZapfwelle weniger belastet und das Lebenvon Gelenkwelle und Gerät wirdverlängert.

5 - Den Stützfuß wie in Abb. 7 gezeigtanordnen.

6 - Die Federwinde (1 Abb. 8) trägt nichtnur das Planierschild und dient beimStraßentransport zur Dämpfung vonStößen, sondern sie soll auchverhindern, daß die Hackfräse währenddes Parkens umkippt. Je nach derPosition, die durch den Splint (2 Abb. 8)in den verschiedenen Löchern desWindenrohres (3 Abb. 8) festgelegt wird,kann die Wirkung des Planierschildsauf den Boden erhöht oder verringertwerden.Version mit stange und Kette: Bei derArbeit ist die Stange (1 Abb. 8a) zu ent-fernen.Die Stange erst dann montieren, wenndie Fräse beim Abstellen am Bodenaufgestellt wird.

3.3.1 GELENKWELLEAnpassung der GelenkwelleDie mit der Maschine gelieferte Gelenkwellehat Standardlänge, aus diesem Grunde kannihre Anpassung notwendig sein. In diesemFall sich vor dem Eingriff an den Herstellerder Gelenkwelle für deren eventuelleAnpassung wenden.

3 - Engagez l’arbre à cardans dans laprise de force et contrôlez qu’il estbloqué parfaitement. Vérifiez que laprotection tourne librement et fixez-lapar la chaînette. Enlevez le support del'arbre à cardans (2 Fig. 1) et rangez-le en le fixant dans le crochet spécial.

4 - Reliez le troisième point supérieur etréglez correctement à l’aide du tirant(1 Fig. 6). Assurez-vous que le plansupérieur de la houe rotative (A Fig. 6)soit pratiquement parallèle au terrain(B Fig. 6). Ceci est très important envue d’obtenir le parallélisme entre l’axede la houe et celui de la prise de forcedu tracteur. Travailler dans cesconditions signifie limiter lessollicitations sur la prise de force etprolonger la durée de l’arbre à cardans,mais aussi de la machine.

5 - Positionnez le pied d'appui (voir fig.7).6 - Le vérin à ressort (1 Fig. 8) sert de

soutien à la tôle de nivellement et desuspension pendant le transport surroute, pour éviter le basculement ducultivateur lors du stationnement.L’effet de la tôle de nivellement sur leterrain peut être augmenté ou diminuéen changeant la position de la goupille(2 Fig. 8) dans les différents trous dutube du vérin (3 Fig. 8).Version avec le barre et châine:Pendant le travail il faut enlever labarre (1 Fig. 8a).La barre doit être montée seulementquand la fraise est appuyée sur le solen phase de stationnement.

3.3.1 ARBRE A CARDANSAdaptation de l’arbre à cardansL’arbre à cardans, fourni avec la machine,a une longueur standard. L’adaptation del’arbre à cardans pourrait donc s’avérernécessaire. Dans ce cas, avant touteopération sur l’arbre à cardans, contacterson Constructeur pour l’adaptationéventuelle.

Dicha operación es necesaria paraevitar todo tipo de desplazamiento,en sentido horizontal, de la máquina.

3 - Acoplar el árbol cardánico y controlarque quede bien bloqueado en la tomade fuerza. Verificar que la proteccióngire libremente y fijarla con la relativacadena. Extraer el soporte de árbolcardánico (2 Fig. 1) y volver a colocarlofijándolo con el correspondientegancho.

4 - Conectar el tercer punto superior yefectuar una correcta regulación conel tirante de regulación (1 Fig. 6)controlando que el plano superior dela binadora (A Fig. 6) resulte paraleloal plano al nivel del suelo (B Fig. 6).Esto es muy importante para obtenerparelelismo entre el eje de la binadoray el eje de la toma de fuerza deltractor. Esto permite limitar losesfuerzos sobre la toma de fuerzamisma y hacer durar el árbol cardánicoy la máquina misma.

5 - Posicionar el pie de apoyo comoexpuesto en la figura 7.

6 - El gato de resorte (1 Fig. 8), ademásde sostener la chapa de nivelación yprotegerla durante el transporte encarretera, sirve para evitar el vuelcode la binadora durante el estaciona-miento. De acuerdo a la posición, de-terminada por el pasador (2 Fig. 8) enlos diversos orificios del tubo del gato(3 Fig. 8) se logra aumentar o dismi-nuir el efecto de la chapa de nivela-ción sobre el terreno.Version con la barra y cadena: Enfase de trabajo es necesario quitar labarra (1 Fig. 8a).La barra debe ser montada sólo luegode haber apoyado el rotocultor al sue-lo, en fase de estacionamiento.

3.3.1 ARBOL CARDANICOAdaptación árbol cardánicoEl árbol cardán, provisto junto con lamáquina, tiene una longitud estándar;por lo tanto, es posible que haya queadaptarlo. En este caso antes de interve-nir sobre el árbol cardán, consultar elFabricante del mismo para la eventualadaptación.

CAUTELAQuando l'albero cardanico è sfilato almassimo, i due tubi devono sovrap-porsi per almeno 15 cm. Quando essoè inserito al massimo, il gioco minimoconsentito deve essere di 4 cm. (Fig. 9).

Albero cardanico conlimitatore di sicurezzaIl limitatore, inserito nel giunto cardanico,è dotato di un bullone di sicurezza, taratoper uno sforzo medio. Qualora, in pre-senza di ostacoli particolarmente resi-stenti tale bullone si tranci, è necessariosostituirlo con uno nuovo di dimensioni emateriale uguali.Se tale bullone è inserito nel foro (2 Fig.10) e si trancia ripetutamente, è consi-gliabile montarlo nel foro (1 Fig. 10).

VORSICHTWenn die Gelenkwelle so weit wie möglichauseinandergezogen ist, müssen diebeiden Teile sich noch um wenigstens 15cm überlappen. Wenn die beiden Teileganz zusammengeschoben sind, mußdas kleinstmögliche Spiel 4 cmausmachen. (Abb. 9).

VORSICHTWenn das Gerät auf einem anderenSchlepper benutzt wird, ist zu prüfen,was in dem vorherigen Punkt steht,und sicherzustellen, daß die drehen-den Teile der Gelwenkwelle ganz durchden Schutz bedeckt werden.

Welle mit SicherheitsbegrenzerDer Begrenzer, ins Kardangelenkeingebaut, verfügt über eineSicherheitsmutter, die auf eine mittlereBelastung eingestellt ist. Wenn sich beibesonders widerstandskräftigenHindernissen diese Mutterschraubedurchtrennt, muß sie durch eine neuegleicher Maße und gleichen Materialsersetzt werden. Wenn diese Mutter-schraube in Öffnung (2 Fig. 10) eingefügtist und sich wiederholt durchtrennt, ratenwir sie in Öffnung (1 Fig. 10) zu montieren.

Arbol con limitador de seguridadEl limitador, colocado en la conexiòn delcardàan, posee un perno de seguridadajustado para un esfuerzo mediano.Si, debido a obstàculos sobremaneraresistentes, se tronchara el perno, hacefalta que se substituya con otro nuevoque tenga dimensiones y materialesiguales. Si el perno està introducido en elagujero (2 Fig. 10) y se tronchara muchasveces, se aconseja montarlo en el agujero(1 Fig. 10).

IMPORTANTQuand l’arbre à cardans est déboîtéau maximum, les deux tubes doiventse superposer d’au moins 15 cm.Quand il est entièrement rentré, le jeuminimum admissible doit être de 4 cm.(Fig. 9).

Arbre avec limiteur de sécuritéLe limiteur engagé dans le joint decardan, est équipé d'un boulon desécurité pour un effort moyen. Si enprésence d'obstables particulièrementrésistants ce boulon se casse, leremplacer par in boulon neuf aux mêmesdimensions et matériau.Si ce boulon est introduit dans letrou (2Fig. 10) et se casse maintes fois, onconseille de le monter dans le trou (1Fig. 10).

CAUTIONWhen the cardan shaft is fully extended,the two tubes must overlap by at least15 cm. When fully inserted, theminimum play must be 4 cm (Fig. 9).

CAUTIONIf the implement is used on anothertractor, always check the before andthat the guards copletely cover therotating parts of the cardan shaft.

CAUTIONNever allow the steerage hoe to opera-te out of the soil. During work, avoidturning corners while the implementis soil working. Never work in reverse(Fig. 11, 12). 3.4 PROFONDITÀ DILAVOROLa regolazione della profondità di lavorodella zappatrice viene determinata in re-lazione alle differenti configurazioni, dal-la posizione delle due slitte laterali.

Zappatrici con slitte: per regolare laprofondità nelle zappatrici con slitte, ènecessario allentare la vite di registro (1Fig. 13), alzare o abbassare la slitta nellaposizione desiderata, riavvitare poi la vitedi registro. Questa operazione va effet-tuata su tutte e due le slitte e varia aseconda del terreno.

3.5 TENDICATENALa tensione della catena di trasmissioneè regolata dal tendicatena automatica-mente.

3.6 ZAPPETTELe zappette con cui viene equipaggiata lazappatrice sono adatte per la lavorazionesu terreni di normale conformazione. Con-trollare giornalmente la loro usura o inte-grità. Qualora durante il lavoro dovesse-ro per cause accidentali piegarsi (o rom-persi) è necessario sostituirle immedia-tamente avendo l'accortezza di rimonta-re la nuova zappetta nella identica posi-zione di quella da sostituire (Fig. 14). Sefosse necessario sostituire più zappette,

3.5 KETTENSPANNERDie Spannung der Antriebskette wirdautomatisch vom jeweiligen Ketten-spanner reguliert.

3.6 HACKMESSERDie Hackmesser, mit der die Hackfräseausgerüstet wird, eignen sich zur Bearbeitungvon Boden mit normaler Beschaffenheit. Siesind täglich auf ihre Unversehrtheit und ihrenVerschleiß-zustand zu prüfen. Sollten sie beider Arbeit verbiegen oder zu Bruch gehen,müssen sie sofort ersetzt werden. Dabei istzu beachten, daß man das neue Hackmesseran der gleichen Stelle montiert, an der sichdas beschädigte befand (Abb. 14). Solltengleich mehrere Hackmesser zu ersetzensein, sollte man jeweils ein Hackmesser ein-

Lorsqu’ils se plient (ou secassent) pendant le travail il faut lesremplacer aussitôt. Le nouveau couteaudevra être monté exactement dans laposition de celui à remplacer (Fig. 14).S’il faut remplacer plusieurs couteaux,démontez et montez toujours un couteauà la fois, pour éviter des erreurs deposition.

Si durante el trabajo poreventuales accidentes se doblan orompen es necesario sustituirlasinmediatamente prestando atención demontar la nueva azadilla en la idénticaposición de la precedente (Fig. 14). If the blades should accidentallybend (or break) during work, they mustbe immediately replaced.Remember to mount the new hoe bladein exactly the same position as the oldone (Fig. 14). If several hoe blades mustbe replaced, it is advisable to remove

3.7 REGOLAZIONESPOSTAMENTOLATERALELa possibilità di uno spostamento latera-le del gruppo fresante rispetto all’attaccoa 3 punti, rende l’attrezzatura estrema-mente versatile e funzionale nelle variecondizioni di impiego.L’utilizzo dell’albero di trasmissione esa-gonale permette lo scorrimento rapidodel gruppo fresante sulle guide, semplifi-cando notevolmente le regolazioni.Le operazioni da eseguire sono le se-guenti:1- Pulire accuratamente il telaio e le gui-

3.7 REGULATION OFSIDEWAY SHIFTMOVEMENTThe coltivator unit can be shifted sidewaysin relation to the three-point hitch. Thismakes the implement extremely versatileduring the various work conditions.Use of the hexagonal drive shaft allowsthe cultivator unit to quickly slide, thusnotably simplifyng the operation.The following operations must be carriedout:1- Thorougly clean the frame and realative

guides to make the parts smoothy ableto work.

2- Slacken the screws (1 Fig. 15) that fixthe bracket and leave these free.

3- To move the carriage to the positionrequired and the tighten the twocarriage fixing screws.At the front, the carriage has two guidepads (1 Fig. 16) that should be replacedwhen worn.

3.8 IN WORKStart work with the pto at running rate,gradually lowering the steerage hoe intothe soil. Never excessively press downon the accelerator pedal when the pto isengaged.This could be very harmful forboth the steerage hoe and the tractoritself.

3.7 REGELUNGSEITLICHEVERSCHIEBUNGDie Möglichkeit der Fräsgruppe zur seitlichenVerschiebung im Bezug zur Dreipunkt-Kupplung mach das Gerät unter allenEinsatzbedingungen extrem vielseitig.Die Verwendung einer sechskantigenTriebwelle sorgt däfur, daß dieFräsgruppe auf den geformten Führungender Anschlüsse leichter gleitet, was denVorgang enorm vereinfacht.Die schritte, die auszuführen sind, sehenfolgendermaßen aus:1- Die Teile des Rahmens und die

Führungen, die von der Verschiebungbetroffen sind, grundlich reinigen, um dasGleitvermögen der Kontaktflächen zuerhöhen und die Arbeit zu vereinfachen.

2- Die schraben (1 Abb. 15) welche die Bügelfesthalten, losschrauben und sie freilassen.

3- Den Schlitten auf die gewünschte Positionbringen und danach mit den zweiFixierschrauben den Schlitten blockieren.Am früher Teil des Schlittens sind zweiGleibacken (1 Abb 16) vorgesehen, diebei Verschleiß ausgetauscht werdenkönnen.

3- Faire avancer le chariot jusqu'à laposition désirée; serrer ensuite les deuxvis de fixation du chariot.Les 2 patins de guidage (1 Fig. 16)prévus à l'avant du chariot peuventêtre remplacés en cas d'usure.

3.8 EXECUTION DUTRAVAILCommencez le travail avec la prise deforce au régime et enfouissezgraduellement la houe dans le sol. Evitezd’appuyer trop fort sur la pédaled’accélérateur quand la prise de force esten marche. Ce qui serait très dangereuxpour l’appareil et le tracteur.

3.7 REGULACION DEDESPLAZAMENTOLATERALLa posibilidad de deplazamiento lateraldel grupo de fresado con respecto alenganche des tres puntos, confiere granversatilidad a la herramienta para lasdiversas condiciones de empleo.La utilisatión del árbol de transmisiónhexagonal permite el deslizamento rapi-do del gruppo de fresado sobre las guías,facilitando notablamente la operación.Las operaciones a realizar son lassiguientes1- Limpiar cuidadosamente el bastidor y

las guías iteresadas al deslizamiento,para aumentar la fluidez de las partesen contacto y facilitar el trabajo.

2- Aflojar los tornillos (1 Fig. 15) que fijanlos estribo y dejarlos libres.

3- Deslizar el carro hasta la posicióndeseada y luego apretar los dostornillos de fijación carro.El carro anteriormente está dotadode 2 patines de guía (1 Fig. 16)que se pueden sustituir si sedesgastan.

3.8 EN FUNCIONAMIENTOEmpezar a trabajar con la toma de fuerzaa régimen, enterrando gradualmente labinadora en el terreno. Evitar apretarexcesivamente el pedal del aceleradorcon la toma de fuerza activada.Esto es perjudicial para la binadora ypara el tractor mismo.

La lamiera livellatrice, oltre a conte-nere le zolle già lavorate dalle zappette,consente di avere una superficie benlivellata ed omogenea dopo la lavorazio-ne del terreno.Se la lamiera livellatrice viene alzata, lezolle non vengono più frantumate ed ilterreno non si presenta più livellato.

3.9 COME SI LAVORASi regola la lamiera livellatrice in funzionedello sminuzzamento voluto, si regolanole due slitte di profondità ai lati dellazappatrice, si innesta la P.d.F. e si iniziaad avanzare con il trattore, abbassandoprogressivamente la zappatrice.Si percorre un breve tratto e si controllapoi se la profondità di lavoro, lo sminuz-zamento ed il livellamento del terrenosono quelli desiderati.

CAUTELALa velocità del trattore con la zappatri-ce in lavoro non deve superare i 10Km/ora al fine di evitare rotture o dan-neggiamenti.

3.9 WIE MAN ARBEITETMan stellt die Höhe des Planierschilds jenach dem gewünschten Zerkleinerung-sgrad ein, regelt die beidenTiefenregelkufen an den Seiten derHackfräse, schaltet die Zapfwelle ein undfährt mit dem Schlepper worwärts, wobeiman die Hackfräse allmählich senkt. Manfährt eine kurze Strecke und prüft dann,ob die Arbeitstiefe, die Zekleinerung unddie Nivellierung des Bodens so sind wiegewünscht. Bei den Hackfräsen mit Rolleauf der Rückseite wird die Arbeitstiefe,die Zerkleinerung und die Nivellierungdes Bodens so sind wie gewünscht.

VORSICHTDie Fahrgeschwindigkeit desSchleppers mit arbeitendem Gerät darfnicht über 10 km/h liegen, um Schädenund Bruch zu vermeiden.

CAUTELALas velocidades del tractor con elequipo trabajando no deben superarlos 10 km/hora para evitar roturas odaños.

- When topping up or changing thelubricant, always ensure that the oilis of the same type as that usedpreviously.

WARNINGAlways keep oils and greases wellaway from children’s reach.Always thoroughly read the warningsand precautions indicated on thecontainers. Avoid contact with the skin.Always thoroughly and fully wash afteruse. The utilized oils should be treatedin compliance with the current anti-pollution laws.

4.0 MANUTENZIONESono di seguito elencate le varie opera-zioni di manutenzione da eseguirsi conperiodicità. Il minor costo di esercizio eduna lunga durata della macchina dipen-de, tra l'altro, dalla metodica e costanteosservanza di tali norme.

CAUTELAI tempi di intervento elencati in questoopuscolo hanno solo carattere infor-mativo e sono relativi a condizioninormali di impiego, possono pertantosubire variazioni in relazione al gene-re di servizio, ambiente più o menopolveroso, fattori stagionali, ecc. Nelcaso di condizioni più gravose di ser-vizio, gli interventi di manutenzionevanno logicamente incrementati.- Prima di iniettare il grasso lubrificante

negli ingrassatori, è necessario pulirecon cura gli ingrassatori stessi per im-pedire che il fango, la polvere o corpiestranei si mescolino con il grasso,facendo diminuire, o addirittura annul-lare, l'effetto della lubrificazione.

- Nell'eseguire il ripristino o il cambioolio, è consigliabile usare lo stessotipo di olio usato precedentemente.

AVVERTENZATenere sempre gli olii ed i grassi al difuori della portata dei bambini.Leggere sempre attentamente le av-vertenze e le precauzioni indicate suicontenitori. Evitare il contatto con lapelle. Dopo l'utilizzo lavarsi accurata-mente e a fondo. Trattare gli olii usatiin conformità con le leggi vigenti anti-inquinamento.

eingespritzt wird, sind dieSchmierstellen gründlich zu reinigen,damit Schlamm, Staub und Fremd-körper sich nicht mit dem Fettvermischen und die Schmier-wirkungdadurch verringern oder gar aufheben.

- Wenn Schmierstoff nachgefülltwerden muß, sind Schmierstoffe desgleichen Typs zu verwenden.

ACHTUNGBewahren Sie die Schmierfette und -öle immer außerhalb der Reichweitevon Kindern auf. Lesen Sie dieHinweise und Vorsichtmaßnahmen,die auf den Schmierstoffbehälternstehen. Nach Benutzung sind dieBehälter immer sorgfältig undgründlich zu verschließen. Altöl nachden gesetzlichen BestimmungenUmweltfreundlich entsorgen.

4.4 MESSA A RIPOSOA fine stagione, o nel caso si preveda unlungo periodo di riposo, è consigliabile:- Lavare la zappatrice soprattutto da con-

cimi e da prodotti chimici ed asciugarla.- Controllarla accuratamente ed even-

tualmente sostituire le parti danneggia-te o usurate.

- Serrare a fondo tutte le viti e i bulloni,in particolare quelli che fissano lezappette.

- Effettuare un accurato ingrassaggio edinfine proteggere tutta la zappatrice conun telo e sistemarla in un ambienteasciutto.

4.1 EVERY 8WORK HOURS- Grease the cardan shaft cross journals.- Check that the bolts fixing the hoe

blades are well tightened (Fig. 20).- Grease the rotor spindles (1 Fig. 20).

4.2 EVERY 50WORK HOURS- Check the level of the oil in the reduction

unit and top up to the level mark on therod as necessary (2 Fig. 20).

- Transmission latéral par chaine: checkthe level of the oil in the side casing ofthe transmission unit, unscrewing thelevel plug (4 Fig. 20) and checking thatoil flows out.Add oil through the fill plug if necessary(3 Fig. 20). It should flow from thelevel plug.

4.3 EVERY 400WORK HOURS- Change the oil in the reduction unit

transmission casing by completelydraining off the old oil through thedrain plug under the reduction unitand through the transmission drainplug (4 Fig. 20).

4.4 STORAGEIt is advisable to proceed in the followingway at the end of the season or if themachine is to remain inactive for a longperiod of time:- Wash the implement, particularly

removing any fertilizer and/or chemicalproducts, then thoroughly dry it.

- Carefully check for any damaged orworn parts and replace these asnecessary.

- Fully clamp all screws and bolts,particularly those fixing the hoe blades.

- Thoroughly lubricate the implement andlastly protect it with a plastic sheet.Store it in a dry place.

4.1 ALLE 8BETRIEBSSTUNDEN- Die Kreuze der Gelenkwelle schmieren.- Sicherstellen, daß die Schrauben zur

Befestigung der Hackmesser festangezogen sind (Abb. 20).

- Die Rotorachszapfen (1 Abb. 20)schmieren.

4.2 ALLE 50BETRIEBSSTUNDEN- Den Ölstand im Gang-oder Unter-

setzungsgetriebe- kontrollieren; ev. biszum Ölstandzeichen, das auf dem Stabangebracht ist, nachfüllen.

- Kettenantrieb: den Ölstand imSeitenantrieb prüfen. Dazu denÖlstandsstopfen (4Abb.20) loss-chrauben und prüfen, ob Ölausfließt.Ggf. durch den Ölein-füllstopfen (3 Abb. 20) soviel Ölnachfüllen, bis das Öl am Ölstands-stopfen ausläuft.

4.3 ALLE 400BETRIEBSSTUNDEN- Das Öl im Getriebe und wechseln. Dazu

die Ölablaßschraube unter demGetriebegehäuse und den Stopfen desseitlichen Antriebs (4 Abb. 20)losdrehen und das Öl ausfließen lassen.

4.4 RUHEPERIODENAm Ende der Saison oder, wenn einelängere Ruhepause vorgesehen ist, mußman wie folgt vorgehen:- Das Gerät gründlich reinigen, vor allem

Dünger- und/oder Chemikalienreste gutentfernen, um es dann zu trocknen.

- Auf das Vorhandensein etwaigerSchäden oder Verschleißstellen prüfenund die schadhaften Teile ersetzen.

- Alle Schrauben und Schraubbolzen festanziehen, vor allem diejenigen, die dieHackmesser befestigen.

- Alle Schmierstelle gründlich schmieren,die Oberfläche mit einer Kunststoffplaneschützen und das Gerät dann wegstellenund in einem trockenen Raumaufbewahren.

4.1 TOUTES LES 8HEURES DE TRAVAIL- Graissez les croisillons de le cardan.- Vérifiez le serrage des boulons de

fixation des couteaux (Fig. 20).- Graissez les fusées du rotor (1 Fig. 20).

4.2 TOUTES LES 50HEURAS DE TRAVAIL- Contrôlez le niveau de l’huile dans du

réducteur. Si nécessaire, rajouter del’huile jusqu’au cran sur la jauge (2Fig. 20).

- Entrainement latéral par chaine:contrôlez le niveau de l’huile dans lecarter latéral de la transmission endévissant le bouchon de niveau (4Fig. 20) et vérifiant si l’huile sort. Sinécessaire rajouter de l’huile par lebouchon de remplissage (3 Fig. 20)jsqu’à ce qu’elle sorte par le bouchonde niveau.

4.3 TOUTES LES 400HEURES DE TRAVAIL- Vidangez entièrement l’huile du

réducteur du carter de transmission àtravers le bouchon de vidange qui setrouve sous la boîte du réducteur etpar le bouchon de vidange de latransmission (4 Fig. 20).

4.4 REMISSAGEA la fin de la saison ou lorsque vousprévoyez une longue période d’inactivité,prenez les précautions suivantes:- Lavez l’appareil en enlevant surtout les

engrais et les produits chimiques, etséchez-le soigneusement.

- Contrôlez attentivement l’appareil:remplacez les parties usées ouendommagées.

- Serrez à fond toutes les vis et lesboulons, en particulier celles descouteaux.

- Graissez soigneusement et protégezl’outil avec une bâche en plastique.Rangez-le dans un local sec.

4.1 CADA 8HORAS DE TRABAJO- Engrasar las crucetas del árbol

cardánico.- Controlar el ajuste de los bulones de

fijación de las azadillas (Fig. 20).- Engrasar los ejes del rotor (1 Fig. 20).

4.2 CADA 50 HORASDE TRABAJO- Controlar el nivel de aceite en reductor,

eventualmente rellenar hasta lamuesca de nivel presente en la varilla(2 Fig. 20).

- Transmissiòn lateral por cadena:controlar el nivel de aceite en el cárterlateral de la transmisión, desen-roscando el tapón de nivel (4 Fig. 20)y controlando que salga el aceite.Eventualmente agregar aceite a travésdel tapón de llenado (3 Fig. 20), hastaque veamos que sale por el tapón denivel.

4.3 CADA 400HORAS DE TRABAJO- Efectuar el cambio completo del aceite,

tanto del reductor como también delcárter de transmisión, descargandocompletamente el aceite del tapón dedescarga presente debajo de la cajadel reductor y del tapón de descargatransmisión (4 Fig. 20).

4.4 PERIODOS DEREPOSOFinalizada cada estación, o en el casoque se prevé un largo períodode reposo,es aconsejable:- Lavar el equipo, sobre todo eliminar

abonos y/o productos químicos ysecarlo.

- Controlar cuidadosamente y eventual-mente sustituir las partes averiadas ogastadas.

- Ajustar a fondolos tornillos o bulones,en particular los que fijan las azadillas.

- Efectuar un cuidadoso engrase y porúltimo proteger toda la máquina conuna lona y emplazarla en un ambienteseco.
