I tavoli refrigerati BFA di Baron sono completamente realizzati in acciaio inox 18/10 con spessore 50 mm in poliuretano espanso ad alta densità, totalmente privo di CFC. Il fondo della cella è stampato con angoli arrotondati per garantire la massima pulibilità. Il monoblocco a tampone è esterno alla cella ed il sistema di ventilazione forzata e canalizzata permette una distribuzione uniforme della temperatura in tutta la cella refrigerata. I tavoli possono essere corredati di cassetti in base alle esigenze del cliente.

REFRIGERATED TABLESThe Baron BFA refrigerated tables are made entirely of stainless steel 18/10, of 50 mm thickness, in high density polyurethane foam totally CFC free. The cell base is moulded with rounded corners to facilitate cleaning. The buffer monoblock unit is external to the cell and the channelled system of forced ventilation permits a uniform distribution of temperature throughout the refrigerated cell. The tables can be fitted with drawers in accordance with customer requirements.

KÜHLTISCHEDie BFA-Kühltische von Baron sind vollständig aus Edelstahl 18/10 von 50 mm Stärke und FCKW-freiem Polyurethanschaum hoher Dichte gefertigt. Der Boden der Kühlzelle ist formgestanzt mit abgerundeten Ecken für eine optimale Reinigung. Das Kühlaggregat befindet sich außerhalb der Kühlzelle und das System zur forcierten und kanalisierten Belüftung ermöglicht die gleichmäßige Verteilung der Temperatur in der gesamten Kühlzelle. Die Tische können je nach den Bedürfnissen des Kunden mit Schubladen ausgestattet werden.

La gamma proposta comprende modelli da 700 e 1400 litri, temperatura normale, bassa temperatura e ittico, porte cieche e vetrate e armadi combinati. Il controllo con scheda elettronica a membrana, consente una facile impostazione dei parametri di lavoro che sono visibili in modo chiaro grazie all’ampio display.La scheda è predisposta per essere collegata al modulo HACCP ma è in grado di memorizzare fino a 3 allarmi. Su richiesta la Linea PLUS può essere predisposta per un controllo HACCP completo per la gestione di tutti gli allarmi. Tutti gli armadi PLUS hanno, di serie, la serratura, l’illuminazione interna, 3 griglie in rislan e 3 coppie di guide.

La linea Roll-In di Baron risponde alle esigenze di grandi mense e ristoranti che organizzano banchetti o centri di cottura poiché permette di ottenere un servizio veloce e la riduzione dei tempi di esecuzione. I carrelli che possono essere utilizzati sono di dimensioni GN 2/1 oppure EN 400x600 mm o 600x800 mm. I roll-in sono costruiti interamente in acciaio AISI 304 18/10 con spessore da 80 mm (60 mm per la versione monoscocca) e sono controllati elettronicamente. Sono dotati di dispositivo automatico di sbrinamento ed evaporazione dell’acqua di condensa senza apporto di energia elettrica. Le porte sono autochiudenti con blocco di apertura a 100°. Disponibili in versione con porta cieca, vetrata e versione passante.

REFRIGERATORS ROLL-IN AND PASS-THROUGHThe Baron Roll-In range meets the needs of large canteens, restaurants that organize banquets or cooking centres as it allows for quick service and a reduced execution time. DURCHFAHR KÜHLSCHRäNKEDie Linie Roll-In von Baron richtet sich nach den Bedürfnissen von Groß- und Industrieküchen sowie Restaurants, die Bankette ausrichten, da sie raschen Service und schnellere Abläufe ermöglichen. Verwendet werden können Wagen mit Abmessungen nach GN 2/1 oder EN 400x600mm oder 600x800mm. Die Einfahrkühlschränke sind vollständig aus Edelstahl AISI 304 18/10 mit einer Stärke von 80 mm (60mm für die Ausführung in Schalenbauweise) gefertigt und elektronisch geprüft. Sie verfügen über Vorrichtungen zum automatischen Abtauen und zur Kondenswasserverdampfung ohne Zuführung von Strom. Die Türen sind selbstschließend mit einer Feststelleinrichtung bei 100°. Lieferbar mit oder ohne Glaseinsatz oder in durchgehender Version.

ARMOIRES A CHARIOTSLa ligne Roll-In de Baron répond aux exigences des grandes cantines et restaurants qui organisent des banquets, ou des centres de cuisson : en effet, elle permet d’obtenir un service rapide et de réduire les temps d’exécution. Les chariots pouvant être utilisés sont de dimension GN 2/1 ou bien EN 400x600mm ou 600x800mm. Les chariots sont construits entièrement en acier AISI 304 18/10 d’épaisseur 80mm (60mm pour la version à une caisse) et sont contrôlés de façon électronique. Ils sont équipés d’un dispositif automatique de dégivrage et d’évaporation de l’eau de condensation, sans apport d’énergie électrique. Les portes se ferment automatiquement avec blocage d’ouverture à 100°. Disponibles en version avec porte pleine, vitrée, ou version sans porte.

ARMARIOS FRIGORíCOS PARA CARROSLa línea Roll-In de Baron responde a las exigencias de grandes comedores, restaurantes, que organizan banquetes o centros de cocción, ya que permite obtener un servicio rápido y reducir los tiempos de ejecución. Los carros que se pueden usar son aquellos con dimensiones GN 2/1 o EN 400x600 mm o 600x800 mm. Los roll-in se fabrican con acero AISI 304 18/10 y tienen un espesor de 80 mm (60 mm para la versión monocasco) y se controlan electrónicamente. Cuentan con un dispositivo automático de descongelamiento y evaporación del agua de condensado sin gastos de energía eléctrica. Las puertas se cierran automáticamente con un bloqueo de apertura a 100°. Están disponibles en versiones con puerta ciega, con cristal y versión pasante.
