RECOMENDACIONES DE UTILIZACION DE LAS UNIDADES DE PUNZONADORECOMMENDATION OF USE OF THE PUNCHING UNITS 7F - A

RECOMENDACIONES

Las unidades de punzonado se han diseñado para trabajarcon un determinado ángulo. Cualquier var iac ión de esteángulo, por pequeño que sea, puede ocasionar un desgasteprematuro de la unidad.

Cuando la unidad de punzonado lleve placas intercambiablesde bronce con graf i to insertado, se recomienda que sereal i ce una lubr i cac ión per iódica de éstas con ace ite delubricación l igero.

Cuando se sust i tuyan las p lacas desgastadas por otrasnuevas es prec iso ver i f i car que e l as iento de todas laspiezas sea correcto y realizar su ajuste si fuese necesario.

Se deben respe ta r l o s va lo res de fue r za máx ima depunzonado, según la hoja de características de cada unidady colocar los esfuerzos dentro del cabezal de la unidad lomás centrados posible. No se permiten expansiones de lasuperfic ie del cabezal.

Se deben evitar esfuerzos laterales.

Tanto l os resor tes de esp i ras como los de gas es táncolocados en la unidad para garantizar que la unidad vuelvea su pos i c ión in i c ia l , no para desenc lavar los út i les detrabajo de la matriz.

Se debe ev i ta r que ca igan sobre l a un idad v i ru tas op a r t í c u l a s q u e p u e d a n d a ñ a r l a s s u p e r f i c i e s d edesl izamiento.

Se recomienda que se trabaje con un ajuste l igeramentedu ro pa ra ga ran t i za r l a r epe t i t i v i dad de l a un i dad .

Las uñas de retorno seguro son un sistema de seguridadpara garant izar que la corredera recupere su pos i c ióninic ial en caso de un trabamiento, no como procedimientohabitual de trabajo.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

Punching units have been designed to work with a certainangle. Any variation of this angle can cause a prematuredamage of the unit.

When the cam unit is mounted with interchangeablebronze plates, we recommend lubrication with light oilon a regular basis.

When replacing the worn plates by new ones it is necessaryto verify that the seat of all pieces is correct and to maketheir adjustment if necessary.

Maximum force values must be observed according tothe catalogue sheet. Effects must be concerted on the shafthead surface.

Side efforts must be avoided.

Both coil and gas springs are placed in the unit to garanteethat the unit returns to its starting point, and no to extractthe unit in the die.

Avoid particles and punchings that can damage slidingsurfaces.

It is recomended that the cam unit works with strongadjustment in order to guarantee the repetitive work ofthe unit.

Safe return nails are a security system to guarantee thatthe sliding return basic to its initial position in case ofbonding, not as an usual procedure.

Se recomienda la reparación o sustituc ión del resorte degas segun la hoja de condiciones de util izacion del resortede gas.

Se recomienda una reserva de car rera de l 10% ( Verc ond i c i o ne s de u t i l i z a c i ó n de l o s r e so r t e s d e ga s ) .

Modificattion of any piece of the punching unit withoutAzol´s consent might represent loosing guaranty.

Repair or replacement of gas springs is advisable accordingto the specification sheets and operating instructions.

A 10% stroke lenght allowance is recommended ( seeconditions of use of the gas springs ) .

Sust ituímos zonas de desl izamiento de acero por broncecon grafito y c i l indro por muelle.

From may 2001, on the standard Azol-Gas cam units,we perform a quality step ahead, giving our customersthe chance to get these cams with some improvementsthat will for sure extend their working life.

We substitute the sliding steel parts to bronce with graphiteand also we substitute the spring to a gas springs.

La s igu iente es una nueva l ínea de car ros d iseñadapara:

a) grandes fuerzasb) trabajos en grandes produccionesc ) f a c i l i t a r e l d i s e ñ o d e l o s p r o p i o s t r o q u e l e s .

CARACTERISTICAS

Las caracter íst i cas básicas de estas unidades son lasmismas que las de las estandard. S in embargo, estanueva s e r i e e s t á d i s eñada pa ra g randes f ue r zas ,especialmente para cabezales grandes, de 150 mm. deancho o mayores.

a) Estas grandes unidades tienen correderas con "doblesregletas", y el ángulo de la corredera inferior es de150À. Estos dos aspectos las hacen ser idoneas paragrandes fue r zas de t raba jo y t roque les de g ranproducción.

b) Es aconsejable para el diseñador del troquel que estoscarros tengan grados mult iplos de 5 entre 0À y 65À.Esto supone que estos carros cubran las necesidadesde cualquier ángulo de trabajo.

Estos carros tienen también las características generalesde todos nuestros carros estandard:

a) Las Superficies de deslizamiento con grafito, unido auna l ub r i c a c i ón pe r i od i c a ad i c i ona l , a segu ran e lfunc ionamiento de l car ro durante la v ida ut i l de ltroquel.

b) E l retroceso forzoso hace que e l carro vuelva a suposición original incluso cuando alguna pieza se quedeatascada.

AERIAL CAM UNIT

The following is a new line of cam units which isdesignated for:

a) heavy duty useb) high volume production usec) easy designing of dies themselves.

FEATURES

The basic features of these units are the same as thestandard types. In addition, however, this new series isdesignated for heavy duty use, especially for a largemounting face, of 150 mm. width and larger.

a) These larger sized units have cam sliding plates with"double wear plates", and the angle of the cam bottomplate is 150À. These two points make them suitable forhigher working force and high volume poduction dies.

b) It is more convenient for the die designer that this serieshave every 5 degrees of working angle, i.e. 0À - 65À.This means these cam units will cover the requirementsof any working angle.

These cam units have also the general features of all ourstandard cam units:

a) Sliding surfaces with graphite, in adition to lubricationon a regular basis, let you achieve the best workingperformance of the cam unit along the life of the die.

b) The positive return brings a cam slide to its originalposition even when a panel sticks to the die.
