Pompe a membranaLe pompe a Pistone-Membrana sono costruite in due modelli, a singola e doppia testa.Sono state progettate e costruite per il pompaggio di liquidi anche fortemente abrasivi e particolarmente indicate per l’alimentazione di filtropressa.La durata nel tempo è garantita da assenza di contatto tra le parti meccaniche in movimento ed il fluido da pompare.Caratteristiche costruttive:Una manovella a bagno d’olio azionata da motoridutto-re sovradimensionato.Un pistone in bronzo azionato da biella collegata alla manovella.Un corpo in lega di bronzo-alluminio ad alta resistenza completo dei corpo valvola.Una membrana in materiale antiacido ad alta resisten-za all’abrasione.Due valvole a sfera rispettivamente di aspirazione e mandata.Un vaso di espansione in acciaio inox.Un dispositivo di regolazione dell’olio interposto tra il pistone e la membrana.Funzionamento:Il motoriduttore fa ruotare la manovella che per mezzo della biella fa muovere il pistone generando un movi-mento di “va e vieni”.Per mezzo dell’olio interposto tale movimento è tra-smesso alla membrana che coadiuvata dalle valvole di aspirazione e di mandata esercita un effetto aspirante e premente che determina il pompaggio delle torbide da filtrare fino alla pressione massima di 16 Bar.La caratteristica tipica di queste pompe è quella di es-sere particolarmente adatte ai fanghi abrasivi.La torbida viene alimentata al filtro con una portata pressoché costantemente fino alla massima pressione; dopodiché si ha un funzionamento intermittente che deve essere gestito dal quadro elettrico della filtro-pressa tra due soglie di pressione.Il motoriduttore è sovradimensionato allo scopo di re-sistere meglio all’azione di lavoro intermittente ad alta pressione che si verifica nella fase finale di filtrazione

Piston-membrane pumps are supplied in two models, with single and double head.They have been projected and assembled for pumping very abrasive liquids and they are suitable for feeding filter press.Any contact between mechanical parts in movement and fluid for pumping assure long life.ChArACTerISTICSA bath oil crank works by means of an oversize gear-motor.A bronze piston is started up by a connecting rod lin-ked to the crank.A body in bronze-aluminium alloy at high strength is complete of valves bodyA membrane in antiacid material for high resistance to abrasion Two ball valves for suction and delivery respectivelyA surge tank in stainless steel.An adjusting oil device between the piston and the membrane.OPerATIOn:The transducer turns the crank, that moves the piston, thanks to the connecting rod generating a ‘to and from’ movement.By means of oil, this movement is trasmitted to the membrane that, accompanied by the suction and de-livery valves, exercises a suction and pressing effect which determines the pumping of the slurries, up to the maximum pressure of 16 Bar.These pumps are particulary suitable for abrasive slurries.In this way the slurry is constantly fed to the filter at the maximum pressure, then an intermittent operation is managed from filter press panel control between two thresholds of pressureThe transducer is oversized in order to a have best re-sistance to the intermittent work at high temperature which verifies at the end of filtration.

Les pompes à piston- membrane sont realisés en deux variantes, à tête unique et double.elles ont été projetées et fabriquèes pour le pom-page des liquides, trés abrasifs aussi et elles sont particulièrement indiqué pour l’alimentation du filtre presse.La durée dans le temps est garantie par l’absence de contact entre les parties mécaniques en mouvement et le fluid qui doit être pompé.Les caractéristiques constructivesUne manivelle à bain d’huile actionnée par un motoré-ducter surdimensionné.Un piston en bronze actionnée par une bielle joindre à la manivelleUn corps en alliage bronze-aluminium à haute re-sisténce complet des corps soupapeUne membrane en matériel antiacid à haute resitance à l’abrasion.Deux soupapes à bille respectivement d’aspiration et de refoulement.Un vase à détente en acier inoxydable.Un dispositif pour la réglage de l’huile interposée entre le piston et la membrane.FonctionnementLe motoréducter permit à la manivelle de tourner qui, par la bielle, fait mouvoir le piston en créant un mou-vement de va-et vient.Par l’huile interposée tel mouvement est passé à la membrane, laquelle exerce un effet aspirant et refou-lant qui détermine le pompage des tourbes à filtrer jusqu’à la pression maximale d’environ 16 bar.La caractéristique typique de ce pompe est celle de s’adapter à la boue abrasive.La tourbe est alimentée au filtre avec un débit presque constant jusqu’à la pression maximale ; apres on a un fonctionnement intermittent qui doit être gèré par le tableau électrique du filtre presse entre deux seuiles de pression.Le motoréducter est surdimensionné pour mieux ré-sister à l’action de travaille intermittente à haute tem-perature qui on à la fin de la filtration.

OPTIONELLS- Moteur à deux vitesse- Le tableau électrique pour la gestion de la pompe et de la filtration est complet d’un transducteur de pression avec les instruments ; il est particulièrement indiqué pour être installé dans vieux filtres.- Le tableau électrique avec un PLC pour la gestion de la pompe par inverter et de la filtration avec méthode PID est complet d’un transducteur de pression avec les instruments; il est particulièrement indiqué pour obtenir bons niveaux de déshydratation en temps bref.- Constructions avec matériaux spécials si on a un contact avec le fluide.
