Empowerment – within agreed time, money and result (of course rules/laws)

Responsibility – quality, environmental and risk management, reporting to line manager

Project team: contributors from several units/sections/departments (matrix organization)

Products: program of requirements, sketch design, verification, validation, communication

Contracting: - engineering firm to do survey, advise, designs and contracts

- contractor to do detail engineering and realization

Environment and Subsidy

Concession – flora and fauna (cutting trees, bird nests , special flowers, little animals etc.)

Subsidy to improve traffic safety and uniformity for same

kind of roads from province/county

Communication and Information

Communication – inhabitant, business, users/traffic and public transport

How? Communication plan and management

- making publications in (local) papers and internet

- information events and visiting business

- Information letters for specific events/work

- Detour information and accessibility

- Social media

- Internal communication en information monthly en special events/occurrence
