The purpose of a PowerPoint presentation is to support a spoken presentation.
Don’t repeat what is written on the slides –explain what’s on the slide and add to it.
The text on each slide should be written in point form –avoid full sentences.
Every slide should have a title. The background colour of your
slide should contrast with the font –do not use patterns with lots of colours.
Your font size should not be smaller than 18 points, otherwise people at the back of the room won’t be able to read it.
