Located to 40 minutes using car from Salento, through coffe plantations and farms,The Promised Land is a park where we can enjoy the nature inside an appropriate infrastructurefor different activities. It is a reservation area where we find native forests, guadua forests festooned with heliconias of 22 species, 31 species of birds, two gulches and the river Quindío.It has laps of the National Trail (old route of muleteers), indigenous paths and the establishmentof the Big Chief Cobaco. We can enjoy there during the day or to make camping site,dedicating the time for different activities like trekking with thematic chats on history and natureof the place, birdwatching, the path of the senses and other that with the one accompanimentof FOG WALKERS becomes an unforgettable experience.

Cuenta con un río donde la actividad volcánicaemana gases y genera estalacnitas y estalactitas, un bosque tropical andino sin intervención, con una gran cantidad de especiesde aves y mamíferos, y además, 3 páramos, en uno de los cualesnace uno de los ríos de nuestra región. Es un lugar sin turismomasificado, en silencio, acompañado por el canto de las aves yel sonido del bosque. El alojamiento se hace en una linda casa demontaña, rodeada por montañas y en medio de la naturaleza.Este lugar ofrece diversas actividades, pues desde el camino parallegar cruzamos bosques de palma de cera, bosques de coníferas,paisajes cambiantes a cada paso, que nos llevan hasta nuestro destino.

The lodging is made in a prettyhouse of mountain, surrounded by mountains and in middle of thenature. This place offers several activities, because from the road for toarrive crosses forests of Wax palm, forests of coniferous, changinglandscapes to each step that take us until our destination.

ÁREA DE RESERVA FINCA LA CABAÑAEl paquete que ofrecemos en “La Cabaña” incluye los paisajes deBosque de Palmas de Cera, bosque de coníferas, bosque tropicalandino de alta montaña, prepáramo y páramo donde comienza laQuebrada Agua Clara. Se requieren 3 días, en los que se tiene elalojamiento en la casa de la finca por 2 noches, 2 desayunos, 2 cenas, y el snack de campaña o almuerzo según los tiempos derecorrido lo permitan. Incluye también el uso de caballos parael transporte entre algunos puntos de los trayectos, y todo elacompañamiento con los guías de FOG WALKERS, con los quese hará el recorrido a los páramos, al río de formaciones geológicas,y las salidas de birdwatching durante las mañanas y los atardeceres.

The pack that we offer in “La Cabaña” it includes the landscapes of Forestof Wax Palms, forest of coniferous, tropical Andean forest of high mountain,prepáramo and moorland where one of the rivers begins in the lake of“El Tapir”. 3 days that are required, in those that one has the one lodging in the house of the property for 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, and thecampaign snack or lunch according to the times of journey allows it.
