Hablamos de la Málaga World Handball Cup 2014, un torneo internacional en que participarán más de 1500 jugadores de todo el mundo, repartidos en más de 100 equipos. La cita tendrá lugar del 30 de junio al 6 de julio de 2014.

We talk about Málaga World Handball Cup, an internacional tournament which will host more than 1500 partcipants from all around the world, spread in more than 100 teams. . Ambos han desarrollado sus trayectorias deportivas en equipos de la liga ASOBAL, equipos de la historia de estedeporte. Pérez Canca militó en el Puleva Maristas, Ademar de León, Bm Ciudad Real, Granollers y Bm Antequera. Por su parte Ortega jugó en el FC Barcelona, formando parte de uno de los mejores equipos de la historia del balonmano, en la actualidad es entrenador del MKB Veszprém.

Ceremonias Ceremonies

Los tres primeros días del torneo estarán reservadosa la fase previa. Los equipos participantes dispondránde tiempo libre durante el torneo para que puedan dis-frutar del resto de las actividades complementarias ofertadas por la organización. Las jornadas deportivas comenzaran a las 9 horas, en las diferentes sedes, con la disputa de los partidos en todas las categorías, y concluirán a las 22 horas. Los dos últimos días del torneo quedarán reservados para la disputa de la fase final del torneo. Se manten-drán los mismos horarios que durante la fase previa. Esta previsto que las actividades paralelas a la com-petición deportiva se desarrollen fuera del programa de la competición de los equipos. Estas actividades no se llevarán a cabo durante la fase final del torneo.

PARTIDOS. Los partidos se disputarán a razón de dos tiempos de 20 minutos cada uno en todas las categorías.Los partidos se regirán por la normativa EHF. Todos los partidos de la fases finales, en caso de empate, se resolverán con cinco lanzamientos, por parte de cada equipo, desde la linea de 7 metros. Todos los equipos están obligados a presentar la relación de jugadores 30 minutos antes del comienzo de cada partido.

FASE PREVIA. La fase previa corresponde a la fase de grupos. En esta fase los equipos participantes quedarán distribuidos en diferentes grupos. Esta fase del torneo se disputará en el formato de liguilla a una vuelta (solo Ida). Según la cantidad de equipos inscritos en el torneo, la organización será quien determine el número de conjuntos que accederán a la fase final del campeonato. Los equipos no clasificados seguirán en competición (Fase de Consolación).

FASE FINAL. La fase final del torneo se disputará a partido único eliminatorio. Según el número de equiposinscritos, esta fase podría arrancar en octavos de final, cuartos o semifinal.

Bases de Competición

The first three days of the tournament will be dedicatedto the preliminaries. Teams will have free time during thetournament in order to allow them to enjoy the activitiesoffered by the organisation. Matches of all the categories will start in all the head-quarters at 9h and will end up at 22h. The last two days of the tournament will be dedicatedto the final phase. The same schedule will be maintained during this phase. It is expected that the activities offered during the competition will develop outside the competition program. Those activities won´t be offered duringthe final phase.

MATCHES. Matches will be played in two 20 minutes halves. Matches will be ruled by EHF rules. All final phase matches, in case of tie, will be tiebreaked through five throws each team from the 7 metres line. All the teams must present the certificate of players 30 minutes before the start of the match.

PRELIMINARIES: In this phase, teams will be distributed in different groups, which will play a one turn league.Depending on the number of teams participating, organisation will decided the number of teamsthat will reach the final phase of the competition.Eliminated teams will continue playing in the consolation phase.

FINAL PHASE:It will be disputed by qualifying matches.Depending on the number of teams participating, this phase may begin with a round of sixteen,quarter finals or semifinals.

INAUGURACIÓN Durante la mañana del Lunes 30 de junio se llevará a cabo el proceso de acreditación de los equipos participantes, así comode los árbitros. Los voluntarios de la organización serán quienes realicen esta tarea.En la acreditación quedará visible los datos personales de los jugadores, equipo de procedencia así como una fotografía reciente del acreditado. Tras el proceso de acreditación tendrá lugar una charla técnica entre la organización y entrenadores, delegados de todos losequipos y responsables de las diferentes áreas deportivas en la que se dará a conocer los últimos detalles de la competición. Con esta reunión, la organización pretende aclarar todos las posibles dudas de los participantes, así como darles la información necesaria sobre el torneo (calendarios, horarios y programa de ocio). Ya por la tarde, está prevista la inauguración oficial de la Málaga World Handball Cup 2014.

CLAUSURA Este acto tendrá lugar el último día del campeonato, es decir, el 5 Julio de 2014. Desde la organización lo consideramos como unos de los eventos más importantes del torneo ya que para nosotros comenzaran a gestarse los primeros contactos para la siguiente edición del torneo. Este día esta reservado a las finales en todas sus categorías. En cada final, y para hacer de este un momento único e inolvidable, se nombrarán por megafonía a todos los jugadores de los equipos finalistas y, además, sonaran los himnos de los países representantes en la sede de las finales. Tras la disputa de las finales se efectuará la ceremonia de clausura que dará comienzo con la entrega de premios. La organización contempla, además de los galardones colectivos a los tres mejores clasificados, premios individuales (mejor jugador de la final). Los árbitros que dirijan las finales también recibirán una placa distintiva por su participación en el torneo. Durante la clausura se realizarán diferentes juegos y se entregarán regalos a los participantes. la Málaga World Handball Cup 2014 concluirá con una fiesta para todos los participantes y organizadores del evento.

CEREMONIAS

OPENING During June 30 morning accreditations will be given to teams participating as well as referees. Personal information of the players will be visible in the accreditations, as well as the team they belong to and a picture of the player. There will be a meeting after the distribution of the accreditations, in order to give important information to the participants, solve doubts and give timelines and schedules. The official opening of the Málaga World Handball Cup sill be in that evening.

CLOSING Closing will take place the last day of the tournament (Jul 5 ).In our opinion, it might be one of the most important events of the tournament, because we can start talking about next edition of the tournament. This day all finals will be celebrated. In each final, players will be named by the speakers and hymns of the countries of procedence of the teams wich play each final. After the finals, closing party will start with the shipment of prizes, medals, individual prizes (MVP of the finals) and a nameplate for the referees who run the finals. During closing, games will be played and presents will be given. MWHC 2014 will end with a party for participants.

ACCOMODATIONS.

Entry 30 and departure July 6.

1) 4**** Hotel: lodging in four stars hotels in Málaga, breakfast included.

2) Lower category hotel: lodging in three stars hotels in Málaga, breakfast included.

3) Hostels and residences: lodging will be in a residence in Málaga.

4) Schools: a class will be available for each team. The class will include everything necessary for the rest of the participants. A bond might be given and it will be repaid the installation does not suffer and flaw.

1) Hotel 4****: El alojamiento en hoteles de 4 estrellas en Málaga. Régimen: Desayuno. 2) Hotel categoría inferior: El alojamiento se realizará en hoteles de 3 estrellas en Málaga. Régimen: Desayuno.

3) Hostel y Residencias: El alojamiento se realizará en una residencia de Málaga.

4) Colegios: Se habilitará una clase para cada equipo que incluirá todo lo necesario para el descanso de los integrantes. Se deberá abonar fianza que será devuelta siempre y cuando la instalación no haya sufrido ningún desperfecto.

COMEDOR.1) Se habilitará un restaurante para ofrecer los almuerzos y las cenas a los jugadores.2) Incluidas todas las comidas desde la cena del lunes 30 junio a la cena del Sábado 05 julio.3) Se ofrecerán 11 comidas por cada uno de los jugadores.4) Menús para personas celíacas, previo aviso durante inscripción.
