सेवा प्रदायको के पंजीकरण हेतु सूचना NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS
(under Rule 150 & Rule 199 of GFR,2017)
1. सीमाशलु्क गहृ, कोचीन के लिए आगामी 3 वर्षों के लिए ननम्नलिखित आकस्ममक सेवाओं के लिए सेवा प्रदायकों के पजंीकरण हेत ुआवेदन आमतं्रित ककए जात ेहैं Applications are invited for empanelment of service providers for the
following contingent services (as and when needed) for a period of 3 years:
a) Carpenter b) Electrician
c) Electrical appliance repairs
d) Plumber
e) Mason
f) AC maintenance and repairs
g) Grass Cutting
h) Supplier of daily wage labour/Casual labour/Manpower services
i) Short term vehicle engagement
j) Catering
k) Tent and decorator services
l) Interior decorator
m) Drinking water supply
n) Plant sapling supply
o) Laundry services
p) Event Management Services

2. सेवाएँ एणााकुिम क्षिे में फैिे ननम्नलिखित कायााियों मे प्रदान करने की जरूरत हो सकती है The services shall in general be rendered in locations spread throughout
Ernakulam which includes (but not limited to):
a. Customs House, Willingdon Island.

d. Customs Residential Quarters (North and South end), Willingdon
Island.
e. ICTT Vallarpadam.
f. Cochin International Airport, Nedumbassery.
g. Container Freight Stations in various locations in Ernakulam.
3. आवेदन उपायकु्त (ननवारक), सीमाशलु्क गहृ, ववलिगंड्न आइिेंड, कोचीन -9 के नाम स े05 अप्रिै 2019 से पहिे भजेी जानी चाहहए। आवदेन ईमेि के द्वारा भी भेजा जा सकता है। ईमेि एड्रसै इस प्रकार हैं: [email protected] & [email protected] आवेदन सीधे जन सपंका अनभुाग में भी हदये जा सकत ेहैं The applications shall be sent addressed to “Deputy Commissioner of
Customs (Preventive), Customs House, Willingdon Island, Kochi-
682009”. All the applications should reach by 05.04.2019. Application
may be sent by email also to [email protected] &
[email protected] with subject “Application for
Empanelment as Service Providers c/o PRD”. Applications can be
submitted by hand to PRD section also.
4. आवेदन सिंग्न प्रारूप (सिंग्नक -1) मे हदया जाना चाहहए । Application should be in a format enclosed with this notice as Annexure-I.
5. पजंीकरण ककसी न्यनूतम काया आदेश का कोई आश्वासन नह ं देता । सेवाओं के लिए कायाादेश आवश्यकता के अनरुूप हदया जाएगा। अनत आकस्ममक सेवाओं में सेवा प्रदायक के चुनाव का अधधकार कायाािय को रहेगा। सीलमत ननववदाओं में भाग िेने का सभी सेवा प्रदायकों को मौका हदया जाएगा। Empanelment does not assure that any minimum amount of service shall be engaged. Services shall be sought from the empanelled service
providers solely on the need basis. Selection of a particular service
provider for a particular urgent work shall be the sole discretion of this
office. In limited tender enquiries, every service provider shall be given
chance to participate.
6. पजंीकृत सेवा प्रदायकों को अल्पावधध सचूना पर सेवा देने के लिए समर्ा होना चाहहए। Empanelled service providers should be able to provide services on short
notice.
7. सभी भगुतान लसफा ऑनिाइन ट्रान्सफर के द्वारा ककए जाएँगे। All the payments shall be made by online transfer only.

8. चूँकक भववष्य में अधधकतर ननववदाए ंGeM एव ंCPPP माध्यमों से मगंवाई जाएँगी, इच्छुक सेवा प्रदायकों को सिाह द जाती है कक वे अपना पजंीकरण इन माध्यमों पर करवा िें| यहद आप पहि ेसे इन माध्यमों पे पजंीकृत हैं तो कृपया अपने CPPP पजंीकरण का वववरण भी अवश्य दें ताकक CPPP पोर्ाि पर आपको जोड़कर आपकी आगामी सीलमत ननववदाओ ं में भागीदार सनुनस्श्चत की जा सके | Interested service providers are also advised to register on Government E-Marketplace (GeM) and eProcurement portal
(CPPP-Central Public Procurement Portal) as more and more tenders shall
be floated through these modes in future. If service providers are already
registered, they are requested to provide their CPPP portal details (Login
Id/Company name etc) also, so that their details maybe mapped in the
CPPP portal and they will get chance to participate in limited tenders also.
