I N S T R U C C I O N E S
Esta declaracin debe ser llenada por quien acumule ms de un cargo pblico de los comprometidos en el Rgimen de Incompatibilidades o bien a un cargo pblico acumula jubilacin, pensin o retiro. Asimismo debe hacerlo quien acumule ms de seis horas de clase o acte en ms de un establecimiento.
En consecuencia con lo anterior debe detallar todos los puestos que ocupe:
a) En Reparticiones Nacionales.
b) En Reparticiones Provinciales.
c) En Reparticiones Municipales.
d) En Reparticiones Autnomas.
e) En Dependencias del poder Judicial o Legislativo de la Nacin o de las Provincias.
f) En los establecimientos adscriptos a la enseanza oficial Ley 13047 y en el Consejo Gremial de Enseanza privada. Incluso la representacin patronal o del personal.
Si pertenece a ms de una Reparticin o establecimiento dependiente del Ministerio de Educacin y Justicia debe presentar su declaracin ante aquel en que perciba mayor remuneracin e informar por escrito a los dems de la declaracin formulada.
