z Desde 1966 Orfebrería Castellana, S.A. ha tratado de ofrecer a sus clientes unos productos de la máxima calidad. Por esta razón, todas nuestras piezas se siguen elaborando con la mejor técnica artesanal no dejando de lado la utilización de la más moderna tecnología para algunos procesos. Por otro lado, el empleo de los metales más nobles garantiza la exclusividad de unas piezas que se convierten en pequeñas obras de arte.

Hoy día, el desarrollo de nuestra actividad se basa principalmente en la fabricación de trofeos, copas, placas conmemorativas y medallas deportivas para las más importantes Federaciones Deportivas nacionales y Clubes Deportivos de todo el país.

6� SERVICIO DE GRABADO Y TROQUELADO

z Nuestra sección de grabado se compone de maquinaria láser tipo YAG, máquinas láser tipo CO� y pantógrafos electrónicos por diamante o fresa. Con estas herramientas estamos en disposición de realizar todo tipo de grabados tanto técnicos como artesanales en prácticamente cualquier material independientemente de si es metálico (plata, alpaca, acero, cobre, cinc, magnesio…) u orgánico (madera, mármol, piel, plásticos laserables…).

No obstante, para los trabajos que precisan de un tratamiento o acabado más artesanal contamos con los mejores maestros artesanos que mediante el buril o el cincel le darán el toque más personal a sus piezas.

Gracias al software más sofisticado CAD/CAM realizamos, además de grabados (marcados), nuestros propios troqueles de estampación para la fabricación de medallas, insignias, monedas, llaveros, etc… todos ellos en los materiales más nobles y con la mejor de las definiciones (0.01 mm).
