CAPITULO I

CONCEPTO JURÍDICO Y ECONÓMICODE LOS BIENES Y CRITERIOS DE

CLASIFICACIÓN

ART. 652 DEL CODIGO CIVIL DEL ESTADO DE GUERRERO

Son objeto de apropiación todos los bienes que no están excluidos del comercio conforme al articulo 653 del Código Civil del Estado de Guerrero.

Las cosas pueden estar fuera del comercio por su naturaleza o por disposición de la ley. De acuerdo al art. 654 del Código Civil del Estado de Guerrero.

Están fuera del comercio por su naturaleza las que no pueden ser poseídas por algún individuo exclusivamente y por disposición de la Ley, las que ella declara irreductibles a propiedad particular.

CRITERIOS DE CLASIFICACION DE BIENES● BIENES CORPORALES E INCORPORALES

● LOS BIENES CORPORALES SE DIVIDEN EN TRES PUNTOS DE VISTA

BIEN FUNGIBLE

Aquellos que sirve como instrumento como instrumento de pago con un mismo valor.

BIEN NO FUNGIBLE.

Los que van mas haya de lo económico que tienen un valor sentimental.

BIENES CONSUMIBLES POR EL PRIMER USO

BIENES NO CONSUMIBLES

BIENES CON DUEÑO CIERTO Y CONOCIDO

BIENES ABANDONADOS O CUYO DUEÑO SE IGNORA
