Hombre de 50 años - Asintomático • Diabetes Mellitus durante 20 años• HTA durante 15 años• IRC y proteinuria.
Hábitos: Se cuida en la ingesta de sal; dejó el tabaco hace 20 años; no toma alcohol ni café.
Es taxista, camina 20 cuadras por día, peso estable.
